Job Description – HR Recruiter (Facility Management & Data Center Operations)
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Facility Management company. The ideal candidate will specialize in recruiting for technical roles such as electrical maintenance, data center operations, and facility management staff. This role requires strong sourcing skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles in facility management, including Electrical Technicians, Data Center Operators, Facility Engineers, and Support Staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles in electrical & data center operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS data.
- Support HR team in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience in facility management, technical services, or data center hiring.
- Strong knowledge of technical skillsets (electrical, HVAC, data center operations, BMS, UPS, etc.).
- Proven ability to source candidates using multiple platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
