Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing existing customers, and achieving sales targets for PVD coating services. The role involves understanding customer coating requirements, coordinating with production and technical teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers in industries such as hardware, automotive, tools, decorative fittings, sanitary ware, and electronics.
- Promote PVD coating services (TiN, TiAlN, CrN, decorative coatings, etc.).
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical information.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements related to coating thickness, color, hardness, and application.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate sample development and trial orders.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with production, PPC, and quality teams for order execution and delivery schedules.
- Track orders, payments, and dispatch status.
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Update CRM or sales records regularly.
Market & Technical Support
- Study market trends, competitor pricing, and new coating technologies.
- Provide basic technical guidance to customers regarding PVD coating applications.
- Participate in exhibitions, plant visits, and customer meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree
- 1–5 years of experience in sales (PVD / coating / surface treatment industry preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of PVD coating processes and materials.
- Ability to read drawings and understand technical requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
