About the Role
RVM Consultancy is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Interns who are eager to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support recruiters in closing open positions.
- Assist with employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
