Job Title: Consultant – Program Management

Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Event Management, Brand Management, or related fields. MBA / BBA / BMS in Marketing Management preferred.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Consultant – Program Management to plan, coordinate, and deliver institutional, community, and outreach programs for Odisha Police. The role demands expertise in event management, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and brand execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end conceptualization, planning, and execution of institutional, community, and outreach events.
- Conduct venue recce, prepare event layouts, and manage logistics, branding, and on-ground execution.
- Manage vendor ecosystems including production houses, printers, fabricators, and logistics partners.
- Ensure brand consistency across all physical touchpoints including events, vehicles, offices, and communication collaterals.
- Execute van campaigns, roadshows, awareness drives, and community/society activation programs.
- Maintain event documentation, vendor agreements (MoUs), and quality control records.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in program/event management.
- Experience handling a minimum of 2 Odisha State Government clients or PSU events.
- Strong expertise in event execution, vendor coordination, logistics management, and brand activation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
