About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented HR professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing end-to-end HR functions and building a high-performance workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions
- Employee onboarding and induction
- HR operations and employee documentation
- Performance management and employee engagement
- HR policy implementation and statutory compliance
- Handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Coordinating with department heads to meet manpower requirements
Qualifications
- MBA/MSW or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3–7 years of relevant HR experience
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
