About the Role
The Program Associate will play a dual role combining administrative (60%) and business development (40%). This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage backend systems, coordinate across teams, and contribute to partnerships and growth. The candidate should also have strong documentation skills and the ability to create basic communication and social media materials.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Administrative work (60%)
Project Assistance
- Support end-to-end coordination of project implementation
- Coordinate with field teams for beneficiary identification and program execution
- Assist in organizing MHM sessions, distributions, and related activities
Admin
- Maintain accurate program data, dashboards, and records
- Lead documentation processes including reports, case studies, and program summaries
- Support report design and formatting for internal and external use
- Create basic social media posters, program creatives, and communication materials (using tools like Canva)
- Support content documentation for digital platforms (photos, summaries, updates)
B. Business Development (40%)
- Manage job cards, sales orders, and internal tracking systems
- Handle B2B enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support coordination across program, operations, and leadership teams
- Track quarterly deliverables such as job cards, sales orders, and stock dispatches
- Map NGOs, CSR partners, and funders in the MHM ecosystem
- Maintain and update partnership databases and outreach trackers
- Support lead generation through emails, calls, and follow-ups
Government & Tender Support (GeM)
- Assist in onboarding products on the GeM portal
- Track relevant tenders and support documentation for submissions
- Ensure timely updates on procurement opportunities
- Coordinate with the agency hired for the GeM related work
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Social Work, Management, Commerce or relevant field
- Preferred at least 1 years of relevant experience in administration work program coordination and business development (freshers can apply)
- Strong documentation and report writing skills
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and data management
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork when required
Preferred
- Experience in administrative and office desk work
- Familiarity to CSR project and NGO field
- Familiarity with GeM or government procurement systems
Compensation
- Salary: ₹25000 to 30,000 per month (CTC)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,199.03 per month
