Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Communicate clearly with customers and explain services
- Follow up on leads and maintain records
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in Malayalam, Tamil, English, and Hindi
- CRO experience is an added advantage
