Job Summary
Dr Aravind IVF Hospital is looking for a dedicated and responsible Pharmacy Executive / Pharmacist to manage hospital pharmacy operations, ensure accurate dispensing of medicines, and support patient care with professionalism and efficiency. Freshers with good subject knowledge and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medicines as per doctor prescriptions and hospital protocols
- Maintain accurate stock inventory and medicine records
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper storage of medicines
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital departments for medicine requirements
- Handle billing and pharmacy software operations
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
- Guide patients regarding dosage and medication usage
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy
Requirements
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm qualification
- Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council Registration preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Hospital or retail pharmacy experience is an added advantage
- Knowledge of pharmacy billing software and inventory management preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
