kPATRICII IT SERVICES is hiring a motivated HR Intern who is looking for practical, hands-on exposure in recruitment and HR operations. This internship is designed for freshers and students who want to build a strong foundation in Human Resources within an IT services environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
- Create and post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Source candidates daily from multiple platforms
- Connect with candidates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
- Screen resumes and update candidate records in HR ATS
- Draft, review, and update Job Descriptions (JDs)
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports using MS Excel
- Use MS Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams for HR communication
- Support additional HR operational tasks as assigned
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of HR and Recruitment processes
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals
- Willingness to work on HR ATS
- Working knowledge of:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- Outlook
- Microsoft Teams
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Comfortable working in a remote setup
Eligibility / Qualifications
- BBA Graduate (2025 pass-out) or currently pursuing
- MBA pursuing or expected to pass in 2026
- Freshers actively seeking practical HR exposure are encouraged to apply
