Who are we?
Trelleborg India Private Limited, (Business Unit: Trelleborg Sealing Solutions) headquartered at Bangalore is a leading sealing solution provider in India. The company with about 800+ employees across India has been successful in creating strong footholds in the Sealing market of the country.
We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer - Process Engineering (Capex Lead) to join our team. The role is responsible for end-to-end execution of capital expenditure (CapEx) projects/others, including CapEx preparation, tracking, execution, follow up till machine installation, validation, and handover to production. The role ensures safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of capital expenditures that meet quality, productivity, and capacity requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare CapEx proposals including technical justification, scope, specifications, layouts, and ROI/payback inputs.

Track CapEx budgets, timelines, approvals, purchase orders, and deliveries.

Follow up till machine installation, commissioning, trials, and prove-out.

Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and internal standards.

Validate cycle time, output, and machine capability (Cp/Cpk where applicable).

Ensure structured handover of machines to Operations with complete documentation.

Coordinate with Operations, QA, NPD, Purchase, and suppliers.
Education & Experience:
Graduate or Post Gradate in Mechanical Engineering/Production/Industrial/Manufacturing or related field.
6–10 years of experience in Process Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering with Capex execution exposure
Knowledge in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans
Fluent in Kannada and English.
