We are hiring for Freshers & experienced candidates for International support processes for customer service (blended or Non-voice)
Eligibility:
Min. 0-6 months exp is needed with international customer handling process (voice/chat/blended)
Fluent in verbal English communications
Immediate to 10-15 days notice
Undergraduates/ Grads both can apply (with exp)
For freshers - Graduation is mandatory
Salary:
Graduate Freshers = 21k in hand
With exp = Up to 25k in hand for non-voice roles
Higher salary/ package opportunities for sales/ Upselling experience
Job Location & shifts
Noida
24*7/ Rotational Shifts/ US shifts - 5 days working
Preferred candidates:
Candidates from US/ UK/ Australian/ Canadian voice/non-voice roles
Good spoken English
Good presence of mind
Comfortable with a voice/ blended process environment
