Alshifa Cupping Clinic is a growing wellness and alternative therapy center specializing in professional cupping therapy and holistic health solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Sales & Operations to lead our Chennai operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and manage sales and operational teams.
- Monitor performance metrics and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to increase patient inflow.
- Maintain high standards of patient service and satisfaction.
- Handle budgeting, reporting, and financial oversight.
- Coordinate with management for business expansion plans.
- Travel as required for business development and operational support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Sales & Operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, clinics, or service industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
