Senior Inside Sales Executive – German Language Programs

About the Role
Win in Life Academy is seeking a passionate and target-driven Senior Inside Sales Executive to drive admissions for our German Language Programs (A1–C2). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in education sales, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to counsel students aspiring to study, work, or migrate to German-speaking countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on German language courses (A1–C2).
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into admissions.
- Understand learners’ goals and recommend appropriate programs.
- Explain Goethe certification pathways, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities.
- Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for seamless onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with students and referral partners.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred).
- 5–7 years of Inside Sales, Admissions Counselling, or EdTech Sales.
- Experience selling German language, study abroad, or overseas education programs is highly preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Consultative selling and objection handling.
- CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce,

- Target-oriented with strong negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced admissions environment.
