Key responsibilities :
- WELCOME AND GREET ALL WALK IN CUSTOMERS WITH CURSY AND PROFESSIONALISM
- UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER PURPOSE OF VISIT AND DIRECT THEM TO THE APPROPRIATE SALES CONSULTANT.
- MAINTAIN WALK IN CUSTOMER REGISTER.
- COORDINATE TEST DRIVE REQUEST OF ALL WALK IN CUSTOMER AND TIMELY ALLOCATION TO SALES EXECUTIVE.
- ENSURE CUSTOMER WAITING AREA IS CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND WELL ORGANISED
- ESCALATE CUSTOMER CONCERN TO THE CUSTOMER DLIGHT MANAGER OR CR HEAD.
- OFFER REFRESHMENT TO ALL THE CUSTOMERS IN SHOWROOM CUSTOMER VISIT.
- WASHROOM CHECKLIST MONITORING ON DAILY BASIS.
- MAINTAIN TEST DRIVE REGISTER
- DAILY BASIS EVENING REPORT OF WALK IN, TEST DRIVE AND GOOGLEM REVIEW IN WHATSAPP GROUP
- ENSURE 100 % ATTENDANCE FOR REVIEW MEETING THAT WILL BE ARRANGED TWICE IN A MONTH (MID OF THE MONTH AND LAST WEEK OF THE MONTH)
Pay: ₹10,000.81 - ₹15,000.64 per month
