Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Manage the Ecommerce Operations for an Indian Women Clothing Lifestyle brand.
2) Lead the Order Management and Returns Management Teams.
3) Warehouse management Managing Inwards and Outwards stock
4) Order management, scheduling picking
5) Inventory management to order fulfilment
6) Manage stock Receiving, Put away, Picking, Packing & Dispatch operations
7) Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate at all times
8) Conduct quality check and ensure all items meet with the quality criteria.
9) Processing purchase orders fulfilment and dispatching.
10) To ensure order booking, scheduling pickups with the logistics partner.
11) To ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines.
12) Manage discounts uploading, sales optin on all marketplaces
Desired Candidate Profile
- Immediate Joiner Preferred
- 2-5 years of Experience in Ecommerce Operations
- Excellent MS Excel Skills is a must - working experience in Vlookup, Index Match, Pivot Table, Excel Queries
- Ability to understand, compose and reply to emails promptly
- Willingness to learn new things at work
- Problem solving attitude along with taking complete ownership of your role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
