Key Responsibilities1. Procurement & SourcingSource and purchase F&B items, dry goods, vegetables, meat, beverages, kitchen equipment, housekeeping, and engineering materialsCoordinate daily, weekly, and monthly purchase requirements with F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping and Engineering teamsEnsure timely procurement as per demand and budget2. Vendor ManagementIdentify and onboard new vendors and negotiate best rates, payment terms, and qualityMaintain and evaluate existing vendor performanceEnsure timely delivery and resolve vendor issues3. Cost & Budget ControlCompare quotations and do rate analysis to ensure cost effectivenessControl food cost, wastage, and pilferageSupport in annual rate contracts and seasonal rate negotiations4. Documentation & ComplianceRaise PR/PO in system and track deliveriesMaintain proper records of invoices, GRN, and vendor billsEnsure quality checks and compliance with FSSAI / company standards for F&B items5. CoordinationWork closely with Store, Accounts, and Department HeadsHandle urgent/emergency purchases without disrupting operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
