UFLY AVIATION ACADEMY is looking for an energetic and highly presentable English Communication, Voice & Personality Development Trainer to train students preparing for careers in Aviation, Cabin Crew, Airport Operations, Hospitality and other customer-facing industries.
The ideal candidate should be able to transform students’ spoken English, pronunciation, confidence, voice quality, body language, grooming and overall professional personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Communicative English and Spoken English training
- Improve students’ grammar, vocabulary and conversational ability
- Train students in pronunciation, voice modulation and clarity of speech
- Conduct accent neutralisation and communication correction
- Develop confidence and public-speaking skills
- Train students in professional body language, posture and poise
- Conduct personality-development sessions
- Train students in etiquette, grooming and professional behaviour
- Prepare students for Cabin Crew, Airport and Hospitality interviews
- Conduct group discussions, presentations and mock interviews
- Improve telephone etiquette and customer-service communication
- Identify individual communication weaknesses and provide corrective training
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain student progress records
- Create an energetic, interactive and practical classroom environment
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
- Fluent and confident in English
- Strong in spoken English and pronunciation
- Excellent in presentation and interpersonal communication
- Energetic, positive and able to motivate young students
- Well-groomed with professional body language
- Comfortable handling practical communication and personality-development sessions
- Capable of training students from different English proficiency levels
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience as any of the following will be preferred:
Communicative English Trainer | Voice & Accent Trainer | Soft Skills Trainer | Personality Development Trainer | IELTS/OET Trainer | Cabin Crew Trainer | Aviation Trainer | Corporate Trainer
Previous experience in Aviation, Airlines, Cabin Crew Training, Hospitality or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Relevant certification/training in English Language, Communication, Soft Skills, Voice & Accent, Aviation or Personality Development will be an advantage.
