Key Responsibilities
- Raise and process Sales Orders (AO).
- Prepare daily reports and monthly MIS reports.
- Prepare ASN/WSN documentation.
- Track customer-wise GRNs and pending deliveries.
- Track vehicles and coordinate with the Logistics team.
- Prepare supplementary invoices.
- Coordinate with godowns/warehouses for stock and dispatch.
- Coordinate with customers for new orders and requirements.
- Monitor customer portals for new orders.
- Coordinate with the Plant, Accounts, Purchase, and Internal teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare PPTs and sales-related reports.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline; preferably B.Com / BBA / BBM.
- Engineering background (Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech) will be an added advantage,
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MIS reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations / Order Processing, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Experience in customer coordination, order management, logistics coordination, and MIS reporting will be preferred.
