About Aganam
Aganam is an architect-led interior design and manufacturing studio specializing in residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors. With our own in-house modular production facility, we seamlessly integrate design, manufacturing, and execution to deliver high-quality, detail-oriented interior solutions.
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Architect / Interior Designer who enjoys both designing spaces and coordinating their execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design residential and commercial interior spaces.
- Prepare concept designs, layouts, working drawings, and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the design and execution process.
- Liaise with site teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with the factory production team for drawings, material specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, progress reviews, and quality inspections.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in material selection and detailing.
- Resolve site-related issues in coordination with clients, vendors, and production teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 1–2 years of experience in residential or commercial interior projects.
- Good understanding of interior materials, modular furniture, and execution processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Software Skills
- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp (Mandatory)
- V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion (Mandatory)
- MS Office
- Adobe Photoshop / Canva (Preferred)
