Location: Delhi
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Patient Care Counsellor to join our team.
Eligibility:
Graduate
2–3 years of experience in an Eye Care Hospital/Ophthalmology setup in patient counselling, TPA, insurance, or billing processes
Knowledge of government healthcare schemes will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel patients regarding treatment plans, surgeries, and procedures
Guide patients on billing, insurance claims, and healthcare schemes
Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, and hospital departments
Handle patient queries and documentation professionallyEnsure a smooth patient journey from consultation to treatment and follow-up
