- Supervise and monitor housekeeping staff on daily duties.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all hospital areas as per hospital protocols.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate work assignments to housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of wards, patient rooms, washrooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables.
- Maintain adequate stock of housekeeping materials and raise requisitions when required.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and infection control measures.
- Ensure biomedical waste segregation and disposal procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with nursing, maintenance, and administration departments for housekeeping-related requirements.
- Attend and resolve cleanliness-related complaints promptly.
- Maintain attendance records and performance monitoring of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure compliance with NABH and hospital quality standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the concerned department.
- Monitor pest control and deep-cleaning activities as scheduled.
- Maintain records, checklists, and housekeeping reports.
Pay: ₹9,878.95 - ₹26,863.18 per month
