About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on site execution experience in infrastructure or industrial projects. The ideal candidate will take ownership of civil works at project sites, ensuring all activities are completed on time, within quality standards, and in full compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of civil works including foundations, trenches, control room buildings, cable ducts, fencing, and other substation-related structures
- Supervise and guide site supervisors, masons, and labor teams in day-to-day construction activities
- Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and quality standards
- Monitor material consumption, work progress, and overall site productivity
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and the head office for material procurement and work requirements
- Maintain site reports, daily progress logs, and work measurements for billing and documentation purposes
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols and company site compliance standards
- Support inspections, joint measurements, and preparation of final handover documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of site execution experience, preferably in infrastructure or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and quality control practices
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical specifications
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites as required
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
