Job SummaryThe Assistant Manager – Accounts is responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation by ensuring accurate accounting records, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, financial reporting, and effective management of receivables and payables. The role also assists the Accounts Manager in budgeting, audits, and process improvements while ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable laws.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- M.Com, MBA (Finance)
- 4–6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in service-based organizations is preferred.
- Knowledge of Indian taxation and labour law compliance.
