Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and customer-oriented Dietician/Nutrition Consultant to provide consultations related to the company's health and nutrition products through the company's app, calls, and other digital channels. The role combines nutrition counseling with customer support, helping clients understand product benefits, usage guidelines, and how products can support their health and wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct consultations through the company's app, phone calls, and chat support regarding the company's nutrition and wellness products.
2. Understand clients' health goals, lifestyle habits, and nutritional requirements to recommend suitable products from the company's portfolio.
3. Educate clients about product benefits, usage instructions, and best practices for achieving desired results.
4. Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback related to products and services.
5. Follow up with clients to monitor their experience and support product adherence.
6. Maintain accurate records of consultations and customer interactions in company's App.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer support and issue resolution.
8. Deliver a positive customer experience while adhering to company policies and professional standards.
9. Stay updated on product knowledge, nutrition trends, and company offerings.
10. To conduct trainings and seminars through virtual mode only.
Required Skills:
1. Degree/Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication, counseling, and customer service skills.
3. Ability to explain product-related information in a clear and professional manner.
4. Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency in handling app-based consultations, telephonic interactions, and digital support tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
