JOB TITLE: Hotel Manager
LOCATION: Koyambedu, Mogappair, Ramapuram (Chennai) & Yelagiri Hills
JOB SUMMARY:
The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient staff management, and smooth daily operations. The role includes supervising departments such as front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and reservations to maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hotel Operations
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of front office, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
- Monitor room occupancy and operational efficiency.
- Guest Experience
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain excellent hospitality standards.
- Staff Management
- Supervise and guide hotel staff.
- Conduct staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain discipline and teamwork among employees.
- Revenue & Sales
- Monitor room bookings and revenue performance.
- Coordinate with online travel agencies (OTA) and booking platforms.
- Implement strategies to improve occupancy and revenue.
- Administration & Reporting
- Maintain operational records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hotel standards.
- Coordinate with management regarding daily performance and improvements.
- Facility Management
- Ensure the hotel property is clean, safe, and well maintained.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and upkeep.
- Monitor security and safety procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- 4-8 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.

SALARY:
As per company standards / based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
