As a Tele caller for our water treatment plant division, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our water treatment solutions, and generating leads. Your role will involve building customer relationships, understanding their needs, and persuading them to utilize our services.
- Identify and contact potential clients via phone calls.
- Maintain and update a database of prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
- Provide detailed information about water treatment plants, including benefits and features.
- Address client inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions with clients.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in water treatment.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on tele calling activities.
- Track and report on the status of leads and sales opportunities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a Science specialization is a plus.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a tele caller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical information related to water treatment.
- Languages: Kannada , Hindi & English is Mandatory
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Age Limit & Experience - Below 35 year
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
