Position - Assistant Manager - Facility
Qualification -
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical
- Proven experience as a Facility Management.
Experience - Minimum 5 to 8+ years of experience in hospital facility management
Job Profile -
- Coordinating all of the hospital’s technical activities. This includes the planning of maintenance activities in construction, energy (sources and distribution), HVAC, water and sanitation, and Telecom, safety equipment and systems
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards regarding the hospitals technical activities.
- Ensuring that fire prevention and occupant safety measures are in place.
- Managing the contact with external contractors.
Contractor Supervision -
- To ensure the housekeeping of the hospital as per standard of the hospital and supervise the housekeeping work of Outsource agency.
- To Monitor the Clealiness of building on a continual basis throught out Shift including wards waiting halls ,canteen windows and floor/carpets.
- To Ensure the security arrangement as per guidliness of the hospital and supervise the work of security personnel of the outsource agency
- to supervise the landscaping and gardening work coordinate with the outsource agency.
- To Supervise the work of Kitchen - Mess Cafeteria and Coordinate with the Kitchen In Charge for Sorting out the Problems.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
