What You Will Do (Roles & Responsibilities):
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve inquiries and provide excellent support.
- Understand customer needs and deliver accurate solutions in their preferred regional language.
- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone in all customer interactions.
- Accurately log, update, and manage customer details and query records in the company database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
Language & Skill Requirements:
- Tamil (Compulsory): Must have native or professional fluency (Excellent speaking and listening skills).
- Additional Language (Must have at least ONE): Fluent in either Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
- English: basic English communication for internal team coordination.
- Skills: Active listening, problem-solving mindset, patience, and what's app message.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
