Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for an Inbound Process role. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving concerns efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking, NBFC, BFSI, or Fintech industry (Mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Customer handling and problem-solving ability
- Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hindi & English Both (Fluent)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach
