Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Leadership
· Own and manage the complete PVC Heat Stabilizers & PVC Additives business vertical.
· Develop and execute business growth strategies.
· Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
· Build long-term relationships with OEMs, processors, compounders, distributors and strategic customers.
· Drive domestic and international business expansion.
Product Development & Innovation
· Lead formulation development of PVC Heat Stabilizers and PVC Additives.
· Develop and commercialize new products.
· Improve existing formulations for performance and cost optimization.
· Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects.
Technical Leadership
· Provide technical guidance and application support.
· Conduct customer trials and troubleshoot formulation and processing challenges.
· Act as the technical expert for the product portfolio.
Product & Portfolio Management
· Manage the complete product lifecycle.
· Develop product positioning, pricing strategies and value propositions.
· Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
Cross-Functional Leadership
· Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA, Procurement and Sales.
· Ensure successful commercialization and manufacturing improvements.
Market Development
· Monitor market trends, competitors and regulations.
· Support sales through technical presentations and customer visits.
Team Leadership
· Lead and mentor technical and commercial teams.
· Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
