Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Engineer to oversee manufacturing operations, optimize production processes, manage manpower, and ensure quality standards are achieved. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of machining processes, materials, tooling, CNC programming, and production planning to drive operational efficiency and productivity.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of materials: SS, MS, Aluminum, Copper, and Brass.
- Good understanding of tooling, machining processes, and process parameters.
- Experience in manpower handling and shop floor management.
- Hands-on knowledge of CNC machines with Siemens and Fanuc controllers.
- Ability to optimize production processes and achieve production targets.
- VMC knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and troubleshoot production issues.
Required:
- Mechanical Engineer (Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech Mechanical Engineering)
