Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and YouTube Ads for maximum ROI.
- Execute and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram platforms.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to improve campaign performance.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages to increase conversions.
- Implement retargeting and remarketing campaigns to improve customer engagement and repeat conversions.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including PPC, SMO, and sales funnel optimization.
- Create engaging content for blogs, email campaigns, websites, and social media platforms.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance using tools like GA4, GTM, and Meta Business Suite.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and advertising best practices.
- Assist in campaign budgeting and resource planning to maximize efficiency and results.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads with proven campaign success.
- Strong knowledge of PPC, performance marketing, and social media optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience in content creation, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple campaigns effectively.
- Up-to-date understanding of current digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
