Job Title: Accounts Executive (E-commerce)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Domlur, Bangalore
Experience working with D2C, retail, fashion, or e-commerce brands is must.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle GST filing and returns accurately within timelines
* Manage payment reconciliations and vendor/customer settlements
* Maintain accounts and bookkeeping in Tally
* Prepare monthly book closures and financial reports
* Generate and maintain invoices, purchase orders (POs), and related documentation
* Coordinate with internal teams for finance and operational requirements
* Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with accounting standards
Requirements:
* Prior experience in accounting and finance operations
* Strong knowledge of GST, reconciliations, invoicing, and Tally
* Good understanding of bookkeeping and monthly closing processes
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Experience working with D2C, retail, fashion, or e-commerce brands is must
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Domlur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
