Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with inquiries and potential customers.
- Explain courses, workshops, and services clearly.
- Schedule appointments and maintain customer records.
- Respond to customer queries via phone and WhatsApp.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent English Communication (Mandatory)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or Punjabi
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
