Profile- Sennior Sales Manager
Expe-8 -10 year
Location - Delhi/NCR

Roles & Responsibilities
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets for Nursing programs.
· Drive student enrollments for both Online and Offline classroom programs.
· Monitor and manage the complete admissions and sales pipeline to maximize conversions.
· Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies to improve business growth.
· Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Supervise lead generation, follow-up, and conversion activities through CRM systems and multiple communication channels.
· Ensure timely counselling and support to prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
· Analyze lead quality, conversion ratios, and sales performance to improve admission outcomes.
· Design and implement structured follow-up and engagement processes for better conversion and retention.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with nursing colleges, institutions, hospitals, and educational stakeholders to generate business opportunities.
· Coordinate institutional outreach programs, seminars, workshops, and admission awareness activities.
· Build strategic partnerships and referral networks to strengthen admissions and brand presence.
· Collaborate with marketing and content teams to design and execute multi-channel admission campaigns.
· Support digital, field, and event-based marketing initiatives to enhance student acquisition and engagement.
· Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support campaign planning and business decisions.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing preferred.
· 8-10 years of experience in Sales, Admissions, or Business Development, preferably in EdTech, Nursing Education sectors.
· Proven experience in managing Online and Offline sales/admission teams and achieving revenue targets.
· Strong expertise in sales management, student counselling, CRM systems, and lead conversion.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
· Strong analytical and reporting abilities with experience in tracking KPIs and sales performance metrics.
· Experience in Nursing coaching industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
