Job Title: Google Ads & SEO Specialist (Digital Marketing)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing professional with strong expertise in Google Ads optimization, SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). Focus on paid + organic performance with additional IT/digital marketing tasks for full productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display) using advanced bidding strategies, keyword research, ad testing, and ROAS/CPA improvement.
- Execute SEO, AEO & GEO strategies: keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, technical audits, content optimization for AI engines, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor performance, analyze data (Google Analytics & Ads), and deliver reports with continuous improvements.
- Handle social media channels — monitoring, optimizing content & performance, and responding to comments/messages in a timely manner.
- Use IT domain knowledge to market IT professional services and resources.
- Support other digital activities: social media ads, email marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Google Ads optimization & Smart Bidding with strong ROI results.
- Strong command of SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices & tools.
- Good understanding of IT services, resources, and B2B/tech marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media management tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks using tools and automations.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Google Ads/Analytics certifications preferred.
Compensation: ₹40,000 + per month + Performance-based Incentives.
Full-time role for a proactive IT-savvy digital marketer.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
