- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes as per standardized recipes.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in food preparation, mise en place and kitchen operations.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Chef of inventory requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Support the kitchen team during peak service hours.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in South Indian cuisine.
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
