Position Details

Job Summary
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Bookkeeping
- Record daily accounting transactions accurately in the ERP/Tally system.
- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal vouchers.
- Perform ledger scrutiny and reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts.
- Maintain cash book and bank book on a daily basis.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Generate customer invoices and follow up for outstanding payments.
- Reconcile customer and supplier balances periodically.
Banking
- Prepare bank payment entries (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Cheque).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with banks for account-related activities.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare data for GST returns and ensure proper GST accounting.
- Maintain TDS records and assist in TDS calculations and return filing.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.
- Maintain records related to statutory compliance.
Financial Reporting
- Assist in monthly and annual closing of accounts.
- Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and financial summaries.
- Support budgeting and cost analysis activities.
Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, agreements, and financial documents.
- Ensure accounting records are complete and audit-ready.
Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding payments, purchase orders, and expense documentation.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, and customers whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com).
- M.Com or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts and Finance.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime or any ERP software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting standards.
- Understanding of financial statements and reconciliations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
