Job Title: Telecaller / Tele-Sales Executive
Job Description: We are hiring energetic Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain customer records. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Handle inbound enquiries and route them appropriately
- Explain products/services and follow up on leads
- Maintain call logs and update the CRM/database
Requirements:
- Good communication in Malayalam, English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / data entry)
- 0–2 years experience
- Qualification: Any Graduate
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
