Role Overview
We are looking for a Shopify & E-Commerce Specialist who will manage and optimize our online store, improve conversions, and ensure smooth daily operations of our Shopify website.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Shopify website including product uploads, collections, and pricing.
Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Handle Shopify apps, integrations, and theme customization.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Monitor website analytics, traffic, and customer behaviour.
Manage product catalog, collections, and landing pages.
Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers if required.
Ensure smooth checkout, payment gateway, and order management processes.
Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years experience working with Shopify (fashion/e-commerce preferred)
Experience with Shopify apps, theme customization, and store management
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify reports)
Understanding of D2C fashion e-commerce operations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred
Experience working with fashion or apparel brands
Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce
