Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (experience in the jewellery or luxury retail industry is a distinct advantage).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and convincing skills. Fluency in regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Marathi, or English based on the location) .
- Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of gold purity, making charges, and jewellery trends.
- Professional Demeanor: A polite, patient, and highly trustworthy approach when handling luxury clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic computer programs (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and CRM platforms.
