Job Title: Marketing & Creative Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive with 5+ years of marketing experience and a basic understanding of Digital Marketing.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with an established company or brand. Candidates who have worked with a Lifestyle, Luxury, Fashion, Jewellery, Retail, or Premium Consumer Brand will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns.
- Support and manage digital marketing activities, including social media and online campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Assist in planning content calendars, campaigns, festivals, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Have basic knowledge of graphic designing, photo editing, and/or video editing, OR know how to effectively brief and coordinate with professionals to get the required work done.
- Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, reels, creatives, and other marketing content.
- Assist with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing activities.
- Monitor basic campaign and social media performance and prepare reports when required.
- Research competitors, market trends, and new marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with the existing marketing team to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Maintain consistency in the brand's communication and visual presentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience.
- Basic understanding and experience of Digital Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of graphic designing, editing, or creative content production will be an advantage.
- Candidates who don't have hands-on editing/designing skills but know how to get the work executed through designers/editors/agencies will also be considered.
- Candidates with experience in a Lifestyle, Luxury, Fashion, Jewellery, Retail, or Premium Consumer Brand will be preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and execution skills.
- Experience working with external agencies, designers, photographers, editors, influencers, or PR teams will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience working in an established company/brand will be preferred.
- Purely freelance profiles will not be preferred.
