Medical Director
Location: Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh
Salary: ₹3 Lakh per Month
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Director to lead our hospital's clinical operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of patient care, oversee medical staff, implement clinical protocols, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations while driving continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and oversee all medical services.
Ensure quality patient care and adherence to medical standards.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate doctors and clinical staff.
Develop and implement hospital policies, SOPs, and treatment protocols.
Ensure compliance with NABH and statutory healthcare regulations.
Coordinate with department heads to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor clinical outcomes and lead quality improvement initiatives.
Handle medical audits, risk management, and patient safety programs.
Qualifications:
MBBS with MD/MS (preferred); additional hospital administration qualification is an advantage.
Minimum 8–10 years of clinical experience with leadership/administrative experience.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹290,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
