The Assistant Team Leader (ATL) is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Delivery Center, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound shipment processing, efficient manpower management, timely dispatches, and achievement of operational KPIs. The role acts as a bridge between ground staff and the Team Leader to ensure seamless logistics operations.
