About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Liaison Officer to join our team for ongoing construction projects in Goa and Mumbai. This role is ideal for candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience in liaisoning, documentation, or government coordination. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with government authorities, obtaining approvals, maintaining statutory documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and various government departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government departments and local authorities for project-related approvals and permissions.
- Follow up on applications, licenses, NOCs, certificates, and other statutory approvals.
- Prepare, maintain, and submit project-related documentation.
- Liaise with municipal corporations, panchayats, revenue offices, electricity, water, and other government departments.
- Monitor the progress of approvals and provide timely updates to management.
- Attend site inspections, meetings, and visits with government officials.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and procedures.
- Maintain proper records of all liaisoning activities and documentation.
Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in liaisoning, government coordination, administration, or construction-related documentation.
- Basic knowledge of government procedures, approvals, and statutory documentation.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work independently.
- Familiarity with construction project approvals will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is preferred.
Location Preference
- Candidates applying for the Goa position should preferably be residents of North Goa.
- Candidates applying for the Mumbai position should preferably be residents of Mumbai.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
