Position: Study Abroad Counsellor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable international education opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students regarding overseas education, universities, courses, visa processes, and application procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities in countries like Canada, UK, USA, Australia, etc.
- Guide students in selecting universities, courses, and career options according to their profile.
- Assist students throughout the admission and application process.
- Coordinate with universities and internal departments for smooth processing.
- Provide accurate information regarding visa documentation and eligibility.
- Follow up with leads and maintain student records in CRM/software.
- Conduct counselling sessions via calls, walk-ins, and virtual meetings.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Experience in overseas education counselling will be preferred.
- Knowledge of admission and visa processes is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple student queries professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
