Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and assist with basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to interact with clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage the front desk and handle incoming calls and inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry procedures.
- Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, packages, and mail.
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate with internal teams for visitor meetings and appointments.
- Handle basic office supplies and maintain inventory at the front desk.
Required Skills
- Fresher to 6 months of experience in a receptionist or similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.
- Basic organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Ability to interact professionally with visitors and clients.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional office environment.
