Business Development Associate (BDA) – Job Description
We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right solution. As a Business Development Associate, your main role is to connect with potential customers, build trust, and guide them towards choosing our product/service.
This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, curious, and loves interacting with people every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reach out to potential customers (calls, messages, meetings)
- Understand what the customer actually needs (not just sell blindly)
- Explain our product/service in a simple, relatable way
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
- Work closely with the marketing team to handle incoming leads
- Keep track of conversations, follow-ups, and sales progress
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills (you should be comfortable talking to new people daily)
- Confidence and a positive attitude
- Ability to listen and understand customer problems
- Basic sales mindset (convincing without being pushy)
- Willingness to learn and improve continuously
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome
