Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Ensure smooth office operations and facility management.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and maintain office cleanliness.
- Handle cheque deposits, bank visits, and banking-related activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight, train, hotel, and cab bookings.
- Manage petty cash and maintain related records.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and document management activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely payment of utility bills and office-related expenses.
