We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, a commitment to student success, and the ability to deliver engaging and effective instruction at the high school level (6th to 10th Grade).
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English language and literature courses as per curriculum requirements
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet academic standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, exams, and projects
- Provide academic support and mentorship to students
- Participate in departmental meetings and curriculum development
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in English, English Literature, or a related field
- Prior teaching experience at school level is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and learning management systems
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students
